The course menu includes skewered grilled Hinai chicken and domestically-produced chicken, as well as handmade soba noodles. The seasonal dishes are also made with domestically-produced ingredients, and the final dish is our proud "Edo-kiri handmade Horokanai soba noodles" made with buckwheat flour from Horokanai, Hokkaido, the number one soba restaurant in Japan.
